The rooms are comfortable and the people are friendly and attentive. So much choice and I loved the help yourself approach. The server however was good and I gave her the 18% although I normally tip 20% or more.
If you could get in here for New Years this would be worth the cost!It is a good place to go - there are good views with a good selection of drinks, there is also nice dessert buffet however there's not much choice. I highly recommend that you arrive when it opens as it can get crowded.

The staff were attentive too. Welcome to The View Restaurant & Lounge: New York’s only revolving rooftop restaurant. I was dissapointed with the service - we had to ask for tea/coffee etc.
