Ok that works but… Trying to decipher the settings I learned that the term “Center” on the MIOPS control in this mode means the center shutter speed. I tried it with my Canon 50D which can shoot up to 1/8000 second and… no joy…the camera missed the shot every time, even with the Delay set to “0” milliseconds.

If you try to capture the high-speed event with the camera, the exposure will be always late due to the shutter lag.First off all, the camera and lens must be on manual focus.
