Located in Reims City Centre, this spa hotel is steps from Champagne (region) and Notre-Dame de Reims. However, we were given another type of room without a balcony and with different design and amenities. Rooms have detached private bathrooms. Recreational amenities at the hotel include an indoor pool and a health club. the best part is the really helpful and friendly staff who were always smiling, ready to answer as many questions as I had. Notre-Dame de Reims and Carnegie Library of Reims are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park and Patte d'Oie Park. The spa is open select days. Coffee machine in the room was very useful for the morning so we didn’t need to have breakfast in the hotel and could pick something up whilst out. La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa: Absolutely great hotel! Lovely modern hotel in a great location, felt very clean. Beautiful view of the cathedral , very comfortable modern room . Private bathrooms are not ensuite and housekeeping is available on request. This is where you want to stay! The hotel is basically opposite the cathedral with majestic views on this most appealing church. The above list may not be comprehensive.

We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised, the Autograph is just what that city needed, and deserves.

Late check-in is available during limited hours. It took me several visits to a reception and long conversation with a lady receptionist, who finally consulted with the management and agreed with me.
Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/café, there's a snack bar/deli on site. The hotel is a masterpiece of design, from the lobby to the rooms, everything was done with a loving hand.

I want to start by saying that it is a very tough time to be opening a new hotel, so it pains me to give an average review. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A free manager's reception is offered daily. Additionally, a health club, a bar/lounge, and a coffee shop/café are onsite. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers.
